Return & Refund Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: free replacement or full refund — we cover return shipping.
• Changed your mind: unopened, sealed products can be returned for a refund.
• Exchanges for the same or another product are welcome.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, expired or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the product and packaging. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund. We arrange the pickup or reimburse the return postage — you pay nothing.

You can return any product that is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. Because our products are taken by mouth or applied to skin and hair, we cannot accept opened or used products unless they are damaged or defective. For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is paid by the customer; the product price is refunded in full once we receive it.

Within the same 7 days you can exchange an unopened product for another one — any difference in price is paid or refunded.

3. We confirm the return and tell you how to send the product back.

Refunds are issued within 7 working days of approval, or of the returned product reaching us. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
